When will my order ship?

All enclosures that are under the "enclosures" page will ship within 24 to 72 hours. All custom orders have an estimated 4 week lead time from date ordered. Customer will be contacted if order is finished earlier. 

SHIPPING & OVERSEAS SHIPPING

Chicken Wing Audio LLC. is not responsible for packages that are stolen if they are left at your home and no one is there to accept it. If you feel that you need to have the package hand delivered please ask for a "signature required" delivery before purchasing your enclosure(s). Extra fees may apply.

Some countries charge duties and taxes on items coming in from the United Sates.
These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and not Chicken Wing Audio.


REFUNDS

Chicken Wing Audio LLC. will offer a full refund if the customer is not satisfied with the product on the occasion that the order is sent back in full and in the same condition it was sent. Refund must be asked for within 7 business days of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
